Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping with a minimum $100 order (before taxes and shipping). For other orders our fee structure is as follows:
For orders under $25.00 (before taxes and shipping): $4.95 flat fee
For orders $25.00-$99.99 (before taxes and shipping): $7.95 flat fee
$100.00 and over (before taxes and shipping): Free
For orders up to $25.00 (before taxes and shipping): $9.95 flat fee
For orders $25.00-$49.99 (before taxes and shipping): $14.95 flat fee
For orders $50.00-$99.99 (before taxes and shipping): $19.95 flat fee
$100 and over (before taxes and shipping): Free
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are custom made just for you. Please allow a few days for production before shipping. Orders are not shipped or manufactured on weekends or holidays.
If your order includes multiple items, each item might be produced in a different facility and thus your shipment may arrive in multiple packages.
We update our product pages with our best estimates for delivery times given our recent experience. These estimates are not guaranteed and unless otherwise stated do not include production time before shipping. Shipping times may be impacted by many factors including the exact location of the delivery address, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Please be aware that recently due to COVID we have been experiencing periodic disruptions in shipping networks and the supply chain that have caused delays in production and shipping times. Under these circumstances it is much more difficult to make accurate projections of delivery times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we become aware of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will make every effort to contact you via email or telephone.
Expedited or Express Shipping
Shipping carriers have recently suspended all service and delivery time guarantees due to current events and worldwide disruptions of the supply chain. Since we are therefore unable to guarantee delivery by any particular date, we currently do not offer express shipping.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Route Shipping Insurance and Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items
We partner with Route to offer our customers low cost shipping insurance that covers items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you accept our offer, Route will send you email and/or SMS updates with the progress of your shipment and you can also download the Route app to get shipping updates. The app and their emails provide easy instructions for how to file a claim if anything goes wrong with your shipment. You must file a claim with Route and not with The Love Knot Shop.
If you decline to purchase Route insurance, we cannot accept responsibility for items that were damaged by the shipping carrier. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier for any items that are delivered damaged.
Route shipping insurance protects you against missing, lost or stolen items in transit. BellaJoyJewelry LLC is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you purchased Route, you can file an easy claim for replacement through the Route app or by going to https://claims.route.com. If you did not accept our offer of shipping insurance from Route, you may be able to file a claim with your homeowners or renters insurance. Please contact your local police department to report any items that may have been stolen after delivery. You may also file a claim with the carrier for items that are not found but were marked as delivered by the carrier.
Route insurance is provided to you by Route and not by The Love Knot Shop LLC.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BellaJoyJewelry LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Cancellations and modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within one hour of placing your order by emailing us at Info@BellaJoyJewelry.com, otherwise we may not be able to stop the order from shipping. Orders may not be cancelled or modified once the order has entered production.
